Do guests only get the coupon for good reviews?＋
No — every honest review earns the coupon, five stars or two. That's disclosed to guests on the review page, which keeps your reviews genuine and trustworthy.
Does it connect to my POS?＋
It doesn't need to. Revueat runs completely alongside your existing setup. Print the QR, place it on tables, done.
What stops people from farming coupons?＋
One active coupon per email, a re-claim cooldown you control, device limits, and rate limiting. Coupons live on our servers — screenshots can't be reused.
How long does setup take?＋
About 10 minutes: sign up, add your menu, print your QR. Reviews can start the same day.
Can I cancel anytime?＋
Monthly plans cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Annual plans are prepaid at a discount, so they're non-refundable — but you keep the full year. Either way, no lock-in — and if you come back, your guest list is still here waiting.
