Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. The service

Revueat (revueat.com) provides restaurants with tools to collect guest reviews, issue coupons, and email their guests. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts & trial

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial; after the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. You can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: send marketing emails to guests who have not opted in; post or solicit fake reviews; upload unlawful or infringing content; or use the service to violate the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content & data

You own your restaurant’s content (menu, photos, replies). Guest data collected through Revueat may only be used as described in our Privacy Policy. If you export guest emails, you become responsible for how you use them under Australian law.

5. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
