Revueat
Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. The service
Revueat (revueat.com) provides restaurants with tools to collect guest reviews, issue coupons, and email their guests. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.2. Accounts & billing
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. There is no free trial and no free plan. Instead, your account stays free until 10 return visits have been verified through coupon use — we email you before you get there, and only then does your paid subscription start, using the card saved on your account. You can remove your saved card at any time before that, and you can cancel a monthly subscription anytime — no lock-in contracts. If there is no card on your account when you reach 10 return visits, we will email you and pause the account until one is added.3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: send marketing emails to guests who have not opted in; post or solicit fake reviews; upload unlawful or infringing content; or use the service to violate the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.4. Your content & data
You own your restaurant’s content (menu, photos, replies). Guest data collected through Revueat may only be used as described in our Privacy Policy. Guest email addresses stay inside Revueat — they are used only to send the campaigns you trigger, and are never handed out as a list.5. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.6. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
